Wells Fargo Advisors Economics Group released a special report today examining the performance of the commercial real estate sector during the 1st Quarter of 2010. Their overall conclusions are not promising, especially when one considers that position we are currently in with respect to year-over-year and historic performance over time. Their economists do believe and project, however, that the commercial real estate market should recover throughout the remainder of 2010, returning to comparable (year-over-year) market growth in 2011.
